I own a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a quiet Randolph neighborhood within 10 minute walk to Randolph/Holbrook Commuter Rail. I am looking to rent 3 of the 4 bedrooms out to working professionals who are clean, quiet, responsible, respectful, have excellent credit, good income & great references. Not into drama, do not want anyone who smokes, does drugs, has pets or is looking to throw parties or have people over constantly. None of the bedrooms are furnished so bring your own furniture. Updated Interior all freshly painted neutral colors. Large fenced in yard & off-street parking. Lots of closet space & storage. If you have current roommates & you want a place together this is ideal. I travel and am rarely ever home. Stainless steel appliances; dishwasher/disposal, microwave, gas 5 burner stove , refrigerator w/ ice maker & laundry machines. ALL utilities & common area cleaning are included except I don’t have cable, Verizon Fios/internet only but can stream on smart tv. Exterior security cameras installed as well as ring doorbell cameras & smartlocks. 2 bedrooms on top floor would share a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on lower level would share other bathroom (with me). Everyone would share kitchen, livingroom, dining room, yard & driveway. All hardwood and vinyl plank flooring throughout- no carpet. Please non-smokers only & sorry but no pets.

I am a very clean, hardworking, organized, person and enjoy fairly quiet surroundings. If you’re similar and don’t smoke or throw parties maybe we’d make great roommates! Available 10/15 & Rent is $1500/month and includes all utilities. 1st & security required to move in. 6 month lease but extendable to 12 mos. If it works out then yearly after that.
