I am relocating to Texas for a job in the near future and am looking for someone to take over my end of the lease. The dog in the photos is mine and is moving with me./9

The apartment is a part of the Monarch Meadows apartment complex. Rent for the unit will be $850, plus utilities, which typically run around $150/person.

This lease will run until July 2024.

It is a pet friendly community, with restrictions to breeds and sizes, and pet rent running $50/month.

The unit is located on the third floor, offering high ceilings and great views of the mountains. This property is conveniently located off of 134th and Mountain View Corridor, providing easy access to Mountain View Corridor, Bangerter Highway, and Redwood Rd. There are plenty of shopping and restaurant options close by, as well as a number of parks and activity options.

The room becoming available will be the hallway bedroom and bathroom, as my current roommate will be moving into the master bed/bath once I move out. I will be leaving some living room furniture, the living room TV, some items in the kitchen, and a few book shelves. Additionally, I will be leaving my deposit on the account so that no one has to worry about that upon move in.

This is an overall easy and quiet community. We have never had any real issues or disturbances here.
