Quiet neighborhood, north part of Gray’s Ferry, quick access to several bus lines, point breeze, graduate hospital. Grocery store within 10 min. walk, corner store right near by, lots of good restaurants in the area. Shared bathroom.

Cat dad (2 cats live in the house with me, they are very friendly with people), video gamer, Architect. Work during the day, most weekends I’m home. Laid back and non-judgemental. I am clean and quiet, will be quick to remedy issues.
