This is a brand new apartment in Greer 5 minutes from downtown (Greer). It’s got an amazing kitchen and bathrooms! The community is well kempt and they are always updating things. We keep the place very clean and neighbors are great!
I’m a 36 year old male in grad school. I love to cook and clean and read. I am often gone on the weekends for church stuff and visiting friends and family in NC. I have a wonderful, very well-trained 8 year old mutt and she’s just so sweet. I don’t drink often or smoke. I go to bed no later than 11 and wake up early for a 6:30 am work day. I welcome all people of all faiths.
