2 bedrooms and shared bath available at 950 per room all inclusive. (this includes lawn care, internet and all utilities). 500GB internet. Looking for 1 or 2 roommates.
Super quiet/safe neighborhood next to a couple schools and a 15 minute walk to downtown Gilbert.
Iām a dog trainer, but primarily work in facility. So on very rare occasions I may bring a dog to the house to stay with us. House is animal friendly.
Still cleaning out some things from previous roommate, house will be pretty much empty.
Have either: 600 credit or proof of income or be a student with parental income.
Current lease goes until the end of July. Will most likely renew. Month to month is available. Move in available ASAP.

Quiet community of a mix of ages, neighbors are 60s 40s and 30s. Just me right now im 25 and spend a lot of time at the gym, train dogs sometimes i do grafitti art. Im pretty quiet as a person but am very talkative in conversation.
