It is an apartment to share with me and with my son who is 12, he studies, I work and I study we are very quiet, we do not have pets. The building has a jacuzzi, social area, gym. The common areas, kitchen, refrigerator, living room, dining room are shared. It is important for us to maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. Parties are not allowed. It has an on-site laundry and parking for a car. Ralph store less than half a mile’s walk away. Universal Parks also at the same walking distance, metro station also at a walking distance of approximately 10 minutes.
