Brand new property- 2.5 bed 2.5 bath apartment I have leased until the end of August 2024. The apartment has dual masters and is two stories with the bedrooms, washer, and dryer upstairs. There are two assigned parking spaces - one will be yours. The location of the apartment building is on E street in Golden Hill on a quiet street. The apartment is only a short 12 min. walk into SouthPark, and downtown Golden Hill is closer walk. Centrally located most things are within a 10-minute drive. I have attached photos - mostly of the room that is available for rent (mine not pictured). The apartment is furnished, and I would prefer a roommate only furnish the room they live in… initially at least. I currently have this spare room furnished with a bed and nightstand- if interested it is available to be used or I can get rid of it if necessary. The room is available now! I am hoping to find someone as soon as possible. The lease term would either be through the end of August 2024 with an option to go month-to-month afterwards, or I am also open to a shorter lease term if traveling etc.- lets discuss! :) Rent is $1,475 plus utilities (wireless internet, electric, gas, sewer, water, and trash~ about $100 a month depending on use). Deposit is $1450.00 (first and last months).

A little about me- I am in my thirties, I have a corporate job and work from home (the apartment has a den downstairs and I use this as my office. I have a 3-year-old English lab who is a service dog named Roman. Roman is super chill and loves everyone :) I enjoy going to see live music, yoga, meditation, hiking, paddle boarding, picnicking (most things outside), and am a future solo traveler - hoping having a roommate can enable some more travel. I would like to find someone with a job that is in-office or hybrid as I work from home full time- but I am ultimately flexible if we are a great fit. I do not bring the party home and am single/ dating- I make sure to respect my roommate’s privacy and would not be the type to have anyone over too much and would be looking for the same in a roommate :) Looking forward to meeting!
