I have one private bedroom with its own private bathroom downstairs, I live upstairs. so you will have the floor except the kitchen, it is on the beach, one block from it, close to transportation, and all fun things.

I really prefer a man to live downstairs! Quiet and kind and nice. not prone to anger! well they told me to write a lot! but that is what I need. Preferably working.
