Vista Grande Road

We are looking for a female student (preferably), there will be another female student in the adjacent room. The room is 11 foot by 11 foot not counting the 2 foot doorway. It has built in drawers and closet so if preferred there is no need for more dressers unless wanted. We have a queen size bed available (if wanted) and a spare 32 inch TV (if wanted). We have a washer and dryer in house. You will have access to living room, patio, and kitchen. There is a bathroom available with a his and hers sink, and a shower. There is plenty of parking. The home is secured with an alarm and cameras. High speed internet Wi-Fi and all utilities are paid for and included with the rent price.

There will be 2 owners and a young couple living in the house. They are all pretty mellow and very neat and tidy.
