Bedroom is unfurnished. Washer/dryer N/A. Electricity/gas usage divided among 3 total occupants.

Recently built home at the end of the corner in a safe residential neighborhood with roundabout near Otay Ranch Transit Center, AMC Theatre, country club, lake, and Southwestern College.
