You will have your own room with a bathroom inside the room, you will also have an extra spare room to use for storage or anything u need to use it for. This will be two rooms for the price of the full rent amount a month. Property is a house in a great quiet neighborhood no bad activity. If you have kids there is a school a minute away for elementary. Both rooms will be unfurnished for your own items to bring in for the rooms. The pictures will show our current items in our room but it will be taken out once you move in and cleaned for both rooms. We have roommates right now that will be moving out in October so there stuff will be moved out and will be ready for you to take over. This place will only be available to rent up to end of march by April 1st myself and family plan to move into a smaller place we can afford before our lease is up in April.

In the house is myself 28 year old female and my husband and my 9 year old son. We do have animals in the house with us as well. I do work from home so I am home all the time, my husband works as well but on site for his job my son goes to school.
