Brad's room

I have two unfurnished bedrooms available in a lovely new-ish duplex on the East side of Bend near Costco and Whole Foods. It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of families, close to Pilot Butte, plenty of parking.. really peaceful spot. Would be perfect for someone looking to setup their own private home office, a couple needing some extra space, or for anyone looking to move to our beautiful neck of the woods without breaking the bank. The rest of the house is fairly bare bones, as I am somewhat of a minimalist, so it would also be easy to spread out and make the space beyond your room(s) your own! The rent is great (3bed/2bath for $1800/mo), it’s air-conditioned, modern appliances, washer/dryer. A point of contention, however.. no pets are allowed.

I’m a laid back, open-minded individual in my mid 30’s, clean and organized, left-leaning advocate for human rights, environmental sustainability, mental health therapy, and inclusivity. I work remotely from home as a web developer, dabble in disc golf, paddle-boarding, technology, activism, and humor while bookending my weeks and months with as many backpacking and white water trips as possible! I also volunteer as staff in the Green Earth booth at the Oregon Country Fair every year. If this fact alone is a positive for you, we would likely get along great. I am a prompt and empathetic communicator who values those who can hold space for both themselves and those around them. Thoughtfulness goes a long way with me, both ways.
