A townhouse is located in a quiet community. You would be sharing the townhome with our son who lives on the property. It is a quiet community, the room is small with a closet, a shared bath, dining room/living room combo with a full kitchen and screened in porch. The home is fully carpeted and furnished. If you need furniture for the bedroom, we can arrange to have it furnished or you can bring in your own bedroom furniture. It is close to a bus stop and shopping, and has a pool on premise for summertime enjoyment.

We own the property and are looking for a female to rent the additional room available in order to reduce the rent costs our son is paying for the townhome. We have owned the property for almost 3 years and find it to be a quiet community. We have updated many features in the home ie: a new refrigerator, AC and hot water heater.

Our son who is currently living at the property is quiet, works 3-11pm most days, and sleeps or watches TV on his off time. He is cleanly and easy to get along with. He is gay and dresses as a woman and particularly gets along with women.

We would require a background check, employment verification, and past references both character and rental.
