About the room
The House: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. One bathroom would be shared with me, the other bathroom is in the master bedroom. Located in the Rollingwood neighborhood, on the border of San Bruno & South San Francisco. Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, no neighbors behind the house. Just trees and walking past our tree line. We have a washer and dryer, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, communal office space and home gym equipment. Which all housemates are welcome to use above items. All utilities and shared house supplies will be split evenly between all housemates.

- Pacifica is a quick 12 min drive as well
The Room: Available Oct. 15th rent will be $1,250 monthly (will be prorated due to move in date), Second biggest room in the house a little bigger than 11x9. It’s furnished with a Queen bed, small shelf and tv. Can still fit a desk or shoe rack just to give you an idea of the room’s size. You can choose to have the room furnished or unfurnished. Has a huge window that has great natural lighting.
About the roomies
Me: Work in San Francisco Monday thru Friday, 8-5 schedule. I also teach Zumba three times a week. (can have you in class as a guest) As well as a part-time student. I love to cook, watch movies, binge shows, clean, laugh & make people laugh. I also play video games in my spare time. I’m easy going, courteous, honest and caring about others. effective communicator & love party decorating.
Pet peeves: Lack of communication, not cleaning up after yourself and not respecting communal areas.
Jade: (master bedroom housemate) Bartender in SF, enjoys cooking and making new cocktails. Watches anime, plays computer games and is very social. He works evening’s 4pm - 11pm Thursday - Monday
