Fully furnished your bathroom is in your room . All utilities is included the rate is $580 but + 75 dollars monthly due to not having a full lease term so it’s called a short term lease term . Only shared common spaces are living room , dinning room + laundry + kitchen

Chill Couple with a young baby . Looking for another couple preferably kids are welcome but this will be ideal for a young child that doesn’t need their own space so probably 2 and younger . we don’t mind if you smoke just make sure it’s not in the common areas or outside on balcony .
