Karina's room

My current roommate and I are looking for a third person. The room available is the master bedroom with a large closet and a private full bathroom. The majority of the house will be accessible to you, which includes a full kitchen and dining area, the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, garage, laundry room, back patio with fire pit, and sunroom.

There is a full washer/ dryer on the property (upgraded within the past year or so). There is also a large amount of storage space in the garage as well as a crawl space in one of the bedrooms. The master bedroom currently has some furniture, but we will verify with the owner if it’s staying or if you would like it removed. Plenty of street parking, no permits for spots.

$1200 for rent includes utilities: electric, water, trash, and internet. We will start with a 6 mos lease and can renew from there.

House is located in Woodbridge near the end of Dale before it turns into Purcell Rd. It is a very nice neighborhood (yes, there are some nice parts of Woodbridge). Minutes away from major roadways and Potomac Mills.

We are looking for a working professional. No couples or kids, space is for one person. No pets. Smoking outside is okay, as long as you pick up the butts. Tell me a little about yourself, and if you’re interested at all.

Hi! My name is Karina. I’m 31. I can be a bit shy at first, but will warm up quickly. I like to think I’m an extroverted introvert. I love spending time with friends, but also really like my alone time. Some of my hobbies include crafting, reading, and writing. I work at a dental office as the manager, but am going back to school for accounting and finance. One of my biggest pet peeves is passive aggression. I’m really big on communication, and if something is the matter, addressing it directly. Paul is also 31. He is extremely outgoing and friendly. He is a sweetheart, very compassionate and thoughtful. He currently works as a mechanic. Some of his hobbies include cars, video games, Youtube, anime, and food. He is also big on communication.
