We are two active retired seniors, my name is Gina, I start my days with a walk in the park, follow with oil painting and gardening, my husband Joe loves music and takes music lessons, practice Saxophone, plays golf in the day time. At night, we walk or watch movies on YouTube, on the weekends, we go ballroom dancing together. We have three grown up daughters who live in LA, CT and NYC. We rent out two rooms so the house does not feel so “empty: one is upstairs and one downstairs, isolated from each other and uses different entrance and has its own private bathroom. When we travel, there’d be only two tenants living in the house.
