Sawtelle Boulevard

A beautiful two bedroom one bath on Sawtelle and Venice Blvd. Located in Mar Vista right in the border of Culver City. The apartment has tons of natural light that plants thrive in. There is storage basically everywhere you turn! There is outdoor storage above the carport parking spot (only one spot that I use but plenty of street/no permit parking!!), two large closets in the living room, linen closets that line the hallway, and a large wall to wall closet/shelves in the available bedroom. It is a little over 1,000 sq ft so there is ample room to hang out in shared spaces. There is a private patio and laundry on site.

The available room currently has a queen sized bed and mattress, two bedside tables, and dresser. They can be purchased or rented by my potential roommate, or I can remove them if someone has their own furniture they’d like to bring.

No other pets allowed unfortunately.

Hi there! I’m Amanda and I am looking for a roommate who loves dogs. A few things to know about me: I am originally from Michigan and moved to California a little over a year ago. I live with a chronic illness called complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). I have two long haired miniature dachshunds that are certified ESA’s and the light of my life. They are little lovebugs who always want to snuggle. I enjoy being outside- the beach, hiking, biking, I love it all. I stretch/practice yoga daily- preferably on the patio. When I’m not outside in the sun I like to snuggle up with my pups, throw on a tv show/movie, and crochet. I’m a pretty big homebody but I do like getting dressed up and going out for fun on the weekends. I’m very clean and tidy, that is a huge priority. I would love to be friends with my roomie but understand if it doesn’t work out that way.
