Markus's room

Standard 3bed/2bath house on the East side of Visalia. My roommate just moved to AZ so I have some space (I rent through Millcreek). She left a bed, a dresser, and a TV stand which you are welcome to use. I have a great dog but she doesn’t like other animals, so unfortunately, no pets are welcome. You’ll have your own bathroom. There is a small yard. Rent is $800 for the room + utilities which are generally going to be around $200. Washer/Dryer in the garage. No kids.

I work for the baseball team in town. I don’t smoke, I like to casually have a drink but I don’t drink to excess. I play guitar, but not generally after 9 PM. I watch sports, play video games, go to the mountains, and work A LOT.
