Joan's room

One room available in my home with a shared bathroom, kitchen, privileges, private yard, parking. I do have dogs and cats, so I’m looking for someone without allergies. The room is furnished, you are welcome to bring your own things if you prefer. I have a small area for storage if needed. I cannot accept people who work from home all week as I work from home and it would be too much of a distraction.

I moved to the area over the summer. I’m still trying to get settled in. My children are grown but visit from time to time. I have Pomeranian dogs and ragdoll cats. The house is very quiet and I’m looking for someone quiet as well. Offstreet parking is available.
