This is a private room in a three bedroom home with a shared bath. This room does not have a closet BUT comes with a furnished standing armoire. Rent is reduced (compared to the other housemates) to accommodate this situation. The house is duplex and laundry is shared with the other apartment (the property manager). Street parking is readily available in front of the house. The back patio is great for hosting outdoor parties in the summer!

You will be located in a growing, vibrant neighborhood! Step outside and you will see families, couples, and individuals of all walks of life enjoying the outdoors, playing games, or walking the pups. Bars, restaurants, and coffee shops are within walking distance. Lake Washington and Capitol Hill are only 10 minutes away. I-90 and I-5 are within 5 minutes.

Hi! My name is Emma, and I’m looking for two female roommates to share this space with in the Central District of Seattle at the beginning of November.

I’m a youth director at a local church (about five minutes away) and feel very committed to the surrounding neighborhood and it’s overall well being. I’ve lived here since April of this year, and my two current housemates are seeking accommodations that are closer to their workplaces on the Eastside.
