Hey KC!
I am looking for a roommate! I currently have a lease at a house near Loose Park and I am looking for someone to rent out the finished basement for 8 months. Rent would be $1150 a month plus utilities. Looking for someone to move in mid October.
The basement is fully finished with its own bedroom, bathroom and living room. We would share the main floor living areas and kitchen. There is also a great backyard/patio with a grill you are welcome to use. The driveway can fit up to three cars and has a security camera on it (pretty safe here though).
You can walk to Loose Park and UMKC and drive to the plaza and brookside in a few minutes. Ideal location!!

About the roomies
It will just be me and my 13 year old French Bulldog! I work as an engineer and have a hybrid schedule so I will be around the house randomly. I am easy going and love to do arts and crafts, yoga, and anything else fun!
