Quaint, quiet room for rent in the burncoat area of Worcester. We work in Boston and appreciate a good night’s sleep. We work hard, and live in a cooperative environment. We are minimalistic, we garden and take good care of the place. This is a clean and sober, good living environment. We are professionals in our field and we are seeking a room mate who is also full time employed with great references. We require first, last and security to move in. This is a 30 day agreement due to everyone needing to be happy with the arrangement. We have had several roommates stay for years. We do one load of laundry per week to keep the water bill and rental fees down. We have a single garage and spaces in the driveway for inclement weather and getting off of the street.
