Heyyy everyone ! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease last minute. It’s located in Jersey City by Hamilton park. It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath ( bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment ). Washer/dryer in the building. Rent is $1,330 a month and the security is 1.5 months rent. One year Lease would start October 23rd. ( move in date is flexible if you need the space sooner) My roommate will be staying, she is super nice and she has a cute, friendly dog. We have been living together for 2 years. Apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen, bathroom), I am also selling some furniture that’s in the bedroom. Let me know if you’re interested.

I’ve been living with my roommate for 2 years ! I actually met her on this app. She is super friendly, quiet, respectful, and down to earth. She does have a dog that is also very friendly and trained. I decided I want to relocate and need to find someone to fill my room.
