About the room
Hi! My roommates and I are looking for a new person to live in our house in Roosevelt, about 15 minute walk from the light rail station! We will be four people in total. The house does not currently allow pets.
The room is small (roughly 95 sq ft plus closet) and rents for $825 per month
Utilities are roughly $115 per month per person
Credit+background check required as part of application process. First month, last month, and refundable security deposit (also one months rent) due at signing. Once we have our fourth person we will sign a lease that goes through summer 2024
House is roughly 2600 sq ft total - we have a gorgeous front and back yard, patio, and concert grand piano

About the roomies
Your future roommates: Me - 29 years old play the piano about an hour a day. Otherwise, Iām generally outside. Stephen and I work out together and you are more than welcome to join us
Stephen - 25 very busy with law school but extremely friendly. Currently doing 75hard.
