Rental contract through 2/29/24. Could possibly be extended The house sits in a quiet cul de sac convenient to I-35, MOPAC, and 45/130. Close to numerous restaurants, 15 minutes from the Domain, Georgetown, and Cedar Park. The room for rent is a downstairs bedroom big enough for a king bed, has a ceiling fan, nice view, private full bathroom. All other occupants live upstairs. Access to chef’s kitchen, laundry room, backyard patio with firepit and furniture, living room with big screen tv, and high speed internet. On street parking. Guests welcome with notice. The room comes unfurnished. There are 2 friendly dogs on site, no other pets welcome.
