ROOMMATE WANTED, (FEMALE ROOMMATES ONLY) Ideal situation for 3 month (or longer) internships, healthcare travelers, Carroll University or other college student; also ideal for long term renters. This room is in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. We are in a beautiful, safe, and well-managed complex with a lot of amenities, including in-door pool, hot tub, 3 fitness rooms, game room, in-house library (book and board games) and more. Renter would have their own bedroom with hallway and bathroom which total square footage of 248ft. There’s a shared kitchen, dining room and living room and no charge for internet access heat, water, electricity. There is furniture in the room or you could bring your own. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and you would have a designated off-street parking spot. Easy access to public transportation as well. Home is tidy and has a cat. Renter must like cats.

I’m a single woman looking for a roommate who is respectful, tidy and fairly quiet. I’m warm and friendly and would be respectful to you as well. Visitors are fine, but preferably no overnight guests. And, again, must be ok with the cat-who kinda is the boss around here! : )
