About the room
I own my townhome and I am looking for a roommate to occupy the downstairs bedroom which has a small patio with a door to it and a full bathroom. The home is only 2 years old so it is very nice. I am a very clean person and hope to find someone who is neat as well. I am located close to transit stops and I am right off the West Seattle bridge. High-Speed internet is included.
The kitchen and Living room would be shared space and the Fridge and Freezer space would be split to accommodate you. There is also a full washer and dryer near the room. I am LGBTQ-friendly. I am pretty quiet and reserved and I am very good at sharing space.
About the roomies
It is just me. I am a 43-year-old Engineer. I own the property and I am just looking for another clean and courteous roommate after mine left the state for a job.
