ABOUT THE RENTAL SPACE Current roommate is moving unexpectedly so renter would be taking over the current lease (ends May 31, 2024) then deciding if they want to extend another year. Lease end date can be moved a few months as well.

• Entire private basement of home for rent: including oversized entertainment room, bedroom, bathroom, and small den area (used as an office) with fireplace.
• Large closet with small storage space and utility closet
• Sharing home with current renter
• First month’s rent and security deposit (equal to one month) due at signing
• Rent does not include renters portion of utilities, wifi, water, and gas
• References needed upon applying
• In-unit water, dryer
• Garage would be completely restricted from storage or use of any kind

ROOMMATE REQUIREMENTS Looking for someone introverted like me who keeps to themselves and is looking for a quiet home.

• Men preferred but open to a woman roommate as well.
• Reasonably clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces.
• No couples

• 420 friendly
• Not looking for someone with pets but would be open to discussing one dog as long as they are cat friendly. There is a fenced backyard but no doggie door.

ABOUT ME I’m a laid back, 48 year old professional male in the marketing/creative field. I am also a professional woodturner and have my studio in the garage I tend to keep to myself when I am home which is about 4 days a week. I am often at my partners house.
