Private bedroom with your own private bathroom in a newly built 2023 home in Goodyear, AZ with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 3 car garage. Home is located in a new community just south of the i10 with tons of new businesses popping up, just a 3-5 minute drive to the Super Target and Fry’s Groceries, there’s also an ESporta gym just down the street. Easy 303 & i10 highway access.

Newly installed ceiling fan and blinds for added comfort along with new door lock with your own key for security. MALE OR FEMALE welcome with one tenant per bedroom. Room is unfurnished, but common living areas will be furnished (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, couches, dining table, bar stools, washer/dryer, and TV in living room) and shared with other tenants; unlimited Cox WIFI is also available throughout the home. You will also have your own covered parking space in the garage along with your own garage remote. Ring doorbell will be installed and all guests will be given access to it as well.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME AT ALL.

The home is owner occupied, but I am in the military and work long hours and travel a lot, so you will occasionally see me. First and last months rent due at signing as well as a $600 deposit.

I am the only one living here at the moment, but will be a total of four people in the home by end of October 2023. Everyone will be background checked for security and safety of all tenants/guests.
