Holly's room

Master bedroom with own bathroom and large closet space available in a home on the Southside of San Jose for 12 months. There is a bed and some furniture that you are welcome to have/ use but if you have your own it can be removed no problem. Large front yard, decent sized back yard. We are currently in the process of getting new furniture for our living room which isn’t pictured, and for the kitchen. We also have a garage that we use for storage at the moment.

My name is Holly (25) and I currently live with my sister Gina (29). We are looking for a roommate to live in the master bedroom of our house for 12 months. We have two cats indoor/outdoor and a dog. I wouldn’t prefer other pets unless they get along with mine which we could schedule to have them meet if necessary.
We both work Monday-Friday, Gina works in office while I do hybrid work so part time in office part time at home. Message me for more details
