Housemate wanted to share my 3 bedroom 3 full bath house in Milford. Four blocks from the ocean. The house is a split level ranch, about 2200 sq. ft. The three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room are upstairs. Your room is furnished and has a TV. Shared bathroom. Utilities and wifi are included with the rent. Laundry on-site. The lower level is my private space.

You’ll be sharing my house with me, a 69 yo woman lesbian and my housemates, a 64 yo lesbian and 39 yo lesbian. We are all open hearted and minded. I am looking for an easy going friendly housemate that likes living with people. We are pleasant in the morning and the evening.

I have three cats (they stay downstairs) Sorry, no pets.

The house has gas heat, gas stove, city water and internet (fireplace upstairs). It has lots of natural light. Vinyl floors throughout the upstairs. Safe quiet neighborhood (near Milford Point Rd & Birch St). Off street parking. It is 1 mile from the Audubon Society / Housatonic River.

Important: I am a pescatarian (this means no meat in the house please - fish and vegetables OK).

Your cost: $900/month which includes utilities. First month’s rent and Security deposit ($1500 security deposit; $900 last month; $600 security) needed to move-in. Storage for your bicycle in the shed. Move in date: June 1st 2026 (or later).
