Jay's room

This a townhouse that I have in Leawood, KS. It’s a three level townhouse where there are two bedrooms upstairs with full bathrooms in each bedroom. On the middle/main level is the living room, kitchen, dining room and outdoor patio. On the bottom level is a finished basement and one bedroom apartment. I use the basement apartment but am not here very much at all because I have a place in Central Florida that I prefer. I am not selling the townhouse because it is a good investment and property values are rising well. Please call me to discuss this room.

I’m a 60 year old male who lives between FL and KS. I will be in FL greater than 90% of the time. I have a make shift kitchen in the furnished basement and the only thing I use upstairs is the washer and dryer.
