Hello, My name is Ryan and am looking for a roommate to share the fully furnished condo at Azure Ala Moana, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The roommate will have her own bathroom and a bedroom. Here are some features this condo offers: -modern style with a beautiful ocean and city view -conveniently located near hopping centers, shops, and restaurants, but stops at Ala Moana Beach Park. -Dining table, kitchen wire, two office desks, walk-in closet, washer and dryer in the unit, spacious kitchen, and living room. -TV in the living room and guest room. -24-hrs security -Amenities on the 9th floor: BBQ pavilions, club house, fitness center, theater room, dog park, pool, recreation room, security guard, trash chute, and whirlpool.

There are two ways you can pay the rent, according to my two alternatives. It costs $1,500 to rent. One option is to simply pay the rent and share a room. Or, you can use one bed and one bath in my condo by doing housework and helping me with English on a daily basis.

Things I prefer:
