Looking for one clean and respectful (ideally female) roommate! The 3rd bedroom remains open/non-rented and used as an office. The current resident/landlord is a female, 30, business professional with 2 very chill cats (they keep themselves busy together). I do not mind another cat. Both my cats have always had a kitty roommate.

I am outgoing, but enjoy my time relaxing and unwinding at home. I spend my weekdays busy with work (9am-5pm) and after-work activities such as working out, cooking dinner, watching a show, and grabbing happy hour. My weekends consist of sleeping in, cleaning, watching sports at home or a local bar patio! I love going to the pool and being active. Always up for trying new places to eat. My weekend late nights are rare. I prefer a roommate who has a more busy schedule like myself.
