Looking to rent a bedroom out in my townhouse located in a gated community in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of Center City. I live alone and only live in the house part time Tuesday to Thursday. Bedroom is located on the first level with two big windows, a full brand new bathroom. I have two older dogs that are well behaved and crate trained. House is was built in 2019. Has a large furnished roof deck. Parking may be possible in the two car garage. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. All utilities/cable/internet are included.

I’m a 35 year old entrepreneur and split my time between NYC and PHL. Looking for a responsible and respectful roommate. No parties or events at the house as the house is fully furnished.
