Roosevelt Boulevard

I am looking for a female or non-binary person to take the second bedroom in my apartment. I don’t mind occasional guests (though the rental company is somewhat strict) but am bothered by frequent male guests due to DV in my late teens. I drink alcohol, I do not use drugs, and am ganja friendly but don’t smoke myself. I have a ball python, ferret, and two cats. I’m pet friendly so long as it’s not a bird (terrified of them) and won’t injure my animals. I’m very clean, spend a lot of time at home for school, and am a pretty quiet housemate. I’m friendly so long as I’m treated nicely and am open to either never interacting or being friends, I just like my space when I’m working on schoolwork (I’m going into law). Living room and common areas already furnished- there is a fold out couch and large tv in the living room, and basics for the bathroom and kitchen are set up. I tend to clean the common areas frequently and keep supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. stocked on my own. I really just need someone to fill the second bedroom and split rent with (on paper my income is enough to qualify for the place on my own, so if your income is hard to prove it’ll be easy to be approved by the rental company still- helpful for certain types of income) I take care of the house well and consider myself a great roommate. I’ve had a couple of bad roommate situations recently and just want some stability (: can send pics of the unit or you can look at it on Umbrella’s (it’s called Roosevelt Gardens).

It’s just me & my animals here. I’m a cis woman who dates exclusively women and have made my living space one free of any hint of toxic masculinity (aka really good for other queer people or people who have trauma). I have two cats and a ferret, plus a snake. I’m 420 friendly but can’t smoke. I’m a fourth year student at UO and currently applying to law school. I’ve lived in Eugene my whole life.
