Beautifully remodeled home, very spacious bedrooms with closets and plenty of natural light. The home includes internet, cable, and laundry (bills are not included with the rent) Very calm and private area in Huntington Beach. Located only 5 minutes away from The Town Center and Huntington Beach, 10 minutes away from Newport Beach.

As of now, it is only my parents and I in the home, we are looking to rent three bedrooms with one shared restroom to responsible, clean, and mindful roomies preferably working. My parents and I work full time we are very quiet, respectful, and clean. In our free time, we love to stroll the beach having it only 5 minutes away from our home. We also enjoy occasionally grilling in the backyard and spending quality family time together.
