Available May 1st. !! One furnished bedroom for Rent to a Responsible individual. We can start as short term minimum with 2 month stay and extended as needed and how well we all get along ;) If paying rent on before or the first day is due, it would be a $30 dollars discount for that rent’s month.

Home located in a cul-de sac in a established neighborhood, 5 minutes from 99 HWY, Mall, close to groceries stores, pharmacies, great restaurants, 5 minutes to Kaiser hospital and it’s clinics, 10-14 minutes Doctors and Memorial hospital, and less that 15 minutes to downtown for all types of entertainment. Enjoy your stay in furnished bedroom w/ full size bed, cook your meals at the fully equipped kitchen, cool off in summer enjoying the back patio and pool.

Home has 4 bedrooms upstairs, the one bedroom is for rent is the first one as you go upstairs, and will be sharing the full size bathroom with the other tenant. It is asked to clean after yourself and be respectful. Just the Utilities are included, you must take care of your own groceries, and personal, and cleaning items. Home is located in a cul-de-sac and safe and desired neighborhood. I live in the home and occupy the principal bedroom which is at the end of the hallway, I am a self employed and work from home about 70% of time, I keep myself on my space and provide privacy and self space to others, I live with my youngest son, who is introvert and keep himself most of the time on his room which is in front of mine (end of the hallway), we are very respectful and kind to others. The other room is being rented as month to month. Also have 2 cats, also adopted 3 years ago, they are very friendly.
