I live in spring branch area. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath townhome, in quiet gated community. You would have a spot in garage. Your room is downstairs with a full bathroom, so you have your own area. Clean house, quiet neighborhood. I do ask no male guests, or overnight guest please. Access to the whole house and washer & dryer. Utilities are about $150.
About the roomies
I spend most times in my room, pretty quiet and laid back. I have a daughter, she is 7. She hangs around me for the majority of time.
