About the room

I have 1 open bedroom in 2600 square foot house in the southwest area of Raleigh near the Fuquay-Varina limits. Property is on 3/4 acre with a front porch, backyard deck, fire pit, and garage space for 3 cars. House has an open kitchen, breakfast area, sitting area and living room. If you work from home, there is an additional room that can be used as an office downstairs. The bedroom that is available is upstairs shares a bathroom with a very neat roommate.

Home is privately owned and owner requires a background check which will cost around $45.

Lake Wheeler is up the road and house is in safe, quiet, and spacious neighborhood. There is strawberry farm with a farmerโ€™s market, the NCSU creamery, cool little corn mill, and trails/parks by the lake nearby. House is about 15 minutes from main NCSU campus, 5 minutes from Wake Technical College, 18 minutes to WakeMed Cary or WakeMed Health, and 20 minutes to the NCSU Veterinary Hospital. Less than 5 minutes from the Costco located in Garner.

The rent would be $900 and utilities are included in that price. Room is available now, lease through October required. Will consider shorter lease at $1,000 per month. Deposit equal to one monthโ€™s rent is required.

Please privately message if interested.

About the roomies

I am renting the house and in a medical field. No drugs or smoking. Must be okay with dogs, they just visit occasionally. Preference for roommates with no other pets (dogs may be considered, no cats). My roommate is also in the medical field and attends school. Looking for another clean, quiet, and respectful female roommate.
