150 Summit 2 bed 2 bath apartment, their website will do better than me. Temporary situation at first, my roommate is moving out but not breaking the lease due to high charges and fees, I just need someone to cover his half until April 30th. I will be moving out at that point, I’m sure 150 would happily let you stay and contract you if you want to stay.

It’s just me. I’m laid back, low maintenance, not home much due to work. Happy to become friends if you’re that type, if not I’m cool just existing together.
