I have single family home I just bought. I’m a teacher. All utilities included

Area for rent: 2 bedrooms are located on the third floor. 1 large and one small along with a half bathroom. Can be semi furnished. Mounted TV. Possible mini fridge. Semi private entrance through front door. (I don’t use this for)

Shared space: Shower main floor bathroom and kitchen Private driveway with automatic garage.

No Laundry access Dogs in the home but have no access to rented areas. Dogs DO NOT wander the home while owner is out.

I’m a teacher. Have 3 dogs. Very friendly with they’re own area while I’m at work.

I work and like peace.
