About the room
Master Bedroom available in 3 bedroom 3 bath house. Bedroom has private bathroom, new showers, direct access to backyard porch, and full closet with shelves and drawers.
All appliances in the kitchen are brand new. Parking must be in the driveway with no overnight parking on the street. Because of this i can only accommodate small cars. No pets allowed
About the roomies
House will be shared with 2 other female tenants ages 24-40. I am still looking for a female tenant for a smaller room.
Myself: 24 year old working professional. I like to cook and will be using the kitchen and living room often. I like to talk with roommates when in the common areas but respect people that prefer not to. I am social and like to have people over on the weekends and sometimes on weeknights. I am respectful of quite hours after 10:30pm during weekdays
