About the room
The apartment location is along the Miracle Mile across the street from The Grove and LACMA with movie theaters, restaurants, cafes. It is about 2 minutes walk to Wilshire Blvd and to almost all nearby bus stops on 3rd and 6th street and 5 minutes walk to The Grove, Farmers Market and 3rd street. About 3 minutes walking distance to CVS (24 hours open), Whole Foods, Kmart and Ralphs and many more amenities. The location is central in a clean, quiet, secure neighborhood with night-time walking, security patrol and close to Hollywood, Santa Monica and 5 minutes from Beverly Hills, 10 minutes to USC, 15 minutes to UCLA, and all nearby prime destinations.
This is an apartment in a multi-unit building located in the prime area of Mid-Wilshire. The house is fully furnished and hardwood floor (there is some space for your luggage storage but not much). It has a oven/stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, etc. You literally just bring your clothes - so it is perfect for those new in town or those moving without any possessions. New pillow and (used and washed) bed-covers can be provided if needed. You will have a private bedroom and a smaller (also private) reading area.
Rent is $1,500 pay as you go. This includes all utilities: electricity, gas, water, AC, parking and WIFI. In addition, printing/scanning/photocopying available in the apartment with reimbursement/bring-your-own ink and paper so it is ideal for students and new professionals. NO checks on income or your credit score but a light background check using public resources may be conducted.
Rent is month-to-month with 1 month notice required before move-out. You will be provided with a parking pass sticker for one car. There is visitor street parking.
House Rules:
- Cleanliness is very important - especially in shared areas. This is a deal breaker if one can not clean up after themselves.
- Smoking (cigarette or weed) is not allowed inside the building. Pets are not allowed (sorry no exceptions).
- Loud noises should be kept down especially outside business hours
