Looking for a reserved roommate, i hope to find a month to month agreement. Will give a proper notice when the month to month is ending. May be interested in quarter agreements. Nothing long-term as i have started a business which will require available space for my resident(s). (More than likely ill move at that time. However that is in the future. 300 is the security deposit then 700-800 month to month. Both required upon move in.. this room is NOT furnished. I am a smoker, NOT in the home. With the exception of the bathroom from time to time. Very laid back mostly to my self. Family oriented (i do not have kids). Prefer no children However it can be negotiated. I have no Pets, also can be negotiated. When i am home typically im drinking wine and relaxing. I love to cook, i am a singer (so you’ll hear me lol) Occasionally i do have friends over, and i am willing to notify you when they’re planning to come. You are more than welcome to have company as well. I am easy going and understanding. Communication is key!
