Meredith's room

This is a great little 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an office space, loosen living/kitchen/dining area, driveway parking, and a fenced backyard. The room is a room at the front of the home, it does currently have a daybed, small vanity, table, and 48“ TV in it but all of that can be removed to fit your things. Fairly quiet neighborhood with families and elderly neighbors. Walking distance to a Walmart, Aldi, Tom Thumb, 7-11, Taqueria, Chili’s, Subway, and more!

I am the only occupant of the home 90% of the time, I’m a 36 year old woman who enjoys music and binging Netflix! I work full time from home, and I have 1 cat and 1 small dog. My 13 year old son spends the night on Fridays. I’m 420 friendly.
