Hi there! This location is walkable to the Virginia Beach oceanfront. This is a private room with a shared bathroom located on the second floor. There is a shared common area that includes the kitchen and laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is an enclosed outdoor patio area behind the house and a shared side yard for pets if needed. One parking spot is included with the room, but there is street parking nearby if needed. If your move in date needs to be different than November 1, but still within 2023 we can work with that. No lease required, but need to know approximately how long you need the room for. Call or message for more details.

There is one male roommate who is 30 years old and has there own room on the second floor. He’s very easy-going and has lived in the neighborhood for over 6 years. The common areas are shared and the utility bills can be split evenly or taken care of individually.
