We are a cozy townhouse conveniently located off Stone Road, just minutes from Rt 66, easy access to all other major commuter routes, and a stone’s throw away from shopping, dining and entertainment. Enjoy a convenient open living space with other like-minded professionals– 4 to be exact! Entire home has been renovated and well kept.
All rooms range from $900-$1200. Prices include furnishings, utilities (high speed Verizon FIOS internet, HOA, gas, electricity, trash, and water). 1 month rent required for security deposit. 12 month leases preferred. Parking is abundant, but a reserved space in front of the home is also available at a nominal monthly fee. Identity and employer verification, background and credit checks required for all.
