My husband and I have a 2300+ home with 1.1 acres of land. Beautifully fenced in backyard and peaceful environment. We have a furnished private room for rent. Semi private bathroom that is joined to a laundry room. You will have use of a refrigerator, freezer, washer / dryer, and cabinet space. Your comfortable private room with a closet is furnished with a queen bed, end tables, dresser, smart TV with a Firestick. You will have full access to the rest of the home including dishes and appliances in the kitchen. Only exception would be our private bedroom.

We have linens, towels, wash clothes for your use. Extra outdoor shed storage space is available for you if needed.

Utilities and high speed internet is included in the rent.

Both of us get along easily with others of all ages.

We are easy going, open minded and repect others privacy.

I am turning 55 soon and my husband is 63. He enjoys watching TV & cooking. I enjoy working, reading, electronics, and writing.

I work out of the home answering phones as an floor supervisor/Senior Customer Care rep days and so I need the house to be quiet from 7:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. I also have a couple of side jobs online too. My husband works outside of the home. We are relatively quiet and clean, though things can get a bit cluttered at times. Our schedules keep us busy and so, we do not have a lot of guests. Both of us are free from smoke, vape, drug & alcohol. We prefer the same and alright with an occasional social drinker.

We have a 1 1/2 year old labador retreiver that loves people & loves playing. We also feed the former next door neighbors cat. The cat does not come into the house. It does hang out by the front porch.

We make good roommates for a somewhat quite individual as we respect your privacy and boundaries. Both of us are friendly and can be talkative at times, we enjoy cooking, watching movies and series.

Our Ideal roommate would work or go to college days. Is easy going, clean, is okay with our dog, and helpful when needed.
